It requires an actual dedication to staying in the positive, and to focus together on the positive. Of course, the resulting struggle will produce both Democratic and Republican progress to each of their respective goals, and a greater need to, at the next election, to focus upon the positive, instead of giving in and simply reacting to the republicans.
